After buying GMC tailgate parts from this "boiler room" Co., the parts arrived but they were not installable on my vehicle. I shipped the parts back to DISCOUNTBODYPARTS.COM, in PERFECT condition, still in the vacuum packages. I also had two (2) conversations with the Co.'s "rented" telephone staff in CA, which is nowhere near the Co. in Virginia, & both told me they would refund 100% of my $$ paid to them. They only tell you this so you will return the products, THEN THEY PROCEED TO RIP-OFF OVER 50% OF YOUR MONEY AFTER YOU GIVE THEIR USELESS MERCHANDISE BACK!! ALSO, NONE OF THIS CUT-THROAT BACK-ALLEY BUSINESS PRACTICE IS STATED ON THEIR WEBSITE WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER.
