When I ordered dish satellite I was charged $49.99 for infinity dish 1 internet service & I never received it until after I cancelled my contract because they had the bill in Clara Hickman name which she does not even live in my household. Intried several times to get the issue resolved and after I cancelled the service I received a notification from infinity but wasn't until I told dish Network I would be notifying the better business bureau.bi was also charged a one time fee of$238.48 on 12/4/2017 along with the fee of $49.99 on 12/4/2017. When my dish service was hooked up they had to use my neighbors ISP to get my service & they were also trying to charge me again before what was supposed to be the due date. I only has dish service for one month and after not getting issues solved and I cancelled the service they are trying to charge me $500 for early termination and told them I'd be notifying the better business bureau then I received a notice to sign into infinity which I seen no need for because I had cancelled dish Network. I feel that dish broke the contract by not providing services I was told I would get and feel I should get a full refund of $49.99 from infinity because I had no service from the company the month that I had dish Network. If I don't get the issue solved real soon within the next couple weeks I will be notifying the Better Business Bureau. Like I said the bill invoice has a person's name that does not live in my household but they where charging my banking institute, the lady who set it up should be held accountable I believe her name is Lana or something like that. They should go back and review the phone recording when I was placing the order because I have witnesses that heard the conversation because I had my phone on speaker & if the still feel there is discrepancy we can go from there.

just got a call from 970-704-8299 said they were from dish network and wanted numbers off my reciever i knew this was not a dish number so i hung up on the fellow with a iranian accent then found out it was a scam and called the number back they answered and i cussed them and told them to get a ------- job and quit calling my number

I had bundled my Windstream account to include a Dish network service. After 5 years when I moved I could no longer get Windstream and cancelled their account and Dish. After 2 months Dish now is trying to charge me a returned equipment label fee. Since this was never in my contract and I paid my bill on time all those years I feel this is a stupid Rip-off. Why are these dish network people allowed to just make up these fees as a they go along. If they would act in a legal fashion they would probably get a lot more business.
