Money deducted from paytm account but not received by DISHTV

I did a recharge of ₹350 from paytm but the recharge amount was not received by dishtv. So please take steps.

Recharge of ₹350 done with paytm but not received by dishtv

I did a recharge of ₹350 from paytm to dishtv but when I saw my dishtv account, it showed that no recharge have been done. When I called dishtv customer care number it said that, "the number you have been dialed is out of network coverage area." I sent sms but no reply came from dishtv. My money also didn't refunded in my paytm account. So kindly see the above and take necessary steps.

102 no account balance

Hai, I recharged my DISH TV VC No.02512505917 on 09/03/2019, but it still showing error message as "102-No account balance". I contacted dish tv customer service no several times but no use. please help me to come out of this problem.

fraud charge

my name is nelson merritt. I live at 2408 griggs ct. va beach,va. 23453. I have had dish network service for about 3 yrs. paying automatic by bank each month. I ask for a downgrade on my viewing choice which they told me did not effect my 2yr. contract.
That lasted a couple of weeks. It was unsatisfactory so i ask about an up grade, they said it would cause another 2 yr. contract. I waited a week and nothing ever happened so i canceled my service. I NEVER GOT AN UPGRADE. I had so much trouble getting
them to do anything about canceling my service so i had the bank to cancel my automatic checks to them as i do not trust their business practice. Finally they called me and said i owe them 539.00. I told them i am paid in full. was never behind on a payment in the 3 yrs. They sent me a box to send back their receivers. I told them i will be glad to send them back but first you must send me a paper letter by regular mail showing i am paid in full( actually they owe me as i was paying automatic 1 month in advance). I was on the phone with them for days and got nowhere. If they continue this practice i may start an elder abuse case against them. I will be 77 yrs. old Dec. 16.

Billing

We couldn't pay our bill on time. So Dish cuts us off. I understand this.
However, we were going to pay it and have it turned back on until we received the new bill that showed charges for the month of service we did NOT have. I will not pay for tv I couldn't watch!!
The bill stated to pay now to avoid interruption in service. NEWSFLASH: it was already interrupted over a month ago!
Why charge me for something I don't have? It's ridiculous to say the least!!!

We no longer have dish in our second home, but can’t get anyone o remove equipment without paying

I have called several times and spoke to many people. We currently have dish equipment in to home, put no longer have service at oe of our homes. When I canceled the service at one of our homes, I was told that there was not going to be a problem when I needed them to move the equipment and to hold on to the equipment just in case we wanted to start dish up. We have not decided to reconnect Dish at this home yet, but I do need the equipment to be moved so that we can place a building in our yard. I called about a week about and was told that someone would call me to set that up, but I never received a call; therefore, I called back. I was sent to 3 different customer service representative and no one could help, Finally the last representative told me that it would cost us 150 to get the equipment moved, or taken up.

At this time, we are seriously thinking to disconnect the service at our other home, and never deal with dish again. I don’t think that your customers know that we are responsible for removing the cemented equipment you put in yards, and they should know this. My husband is a heart patient and can not and should not have to try to do this type of work.

Please contact me back and let me know what we are to do, we will be receiving the building a a few weeks and are not able to place it in our yard because of the location your equipment is and failure to remove it. You can reach me at 910-273-4595. Thank you

Deceptive & Preditory Practice

Ordered Dish TV in July of 2017. Cancelled Dish TV before it was installed. Noticed a company by the name “ Bill Advisor” was debiting my checking account monthly of amount -$12.99. Called customer service of Bill Advisor. Stated that they are a separate company from Dish TV. Stated that at the end of signing up for Dish that when Dish agent is reading you a summary of your order, Dish TV includes in their summary that you agree to pay “ Bill Advisor “$12.99 for monthly services. Asked Bill Advisor agent to supply something in writing that stated I gave them permission to charge me. Agent stated that they have the recording from Dish TV order that I consented. I state to the agent that I want this cancelled and an immediate refund of all debited charged money. The agent stated that they will not cancel. Forced to take up this matter with my bank and dispute all charges by “ Bill Advisor “. This borders on Deceptive & Preditory Process. Don’t order Dish TV ever.

Unacceptable behavior from customer service

I moved to Idaho Falls and signed up for Dish TV. I am a senior citizen and lost my job 2 weeks after getting Dish. I called and told Customer Service this as well as I was being evicted from my apartment so would not be living there. The service was put on hold. I was living in a room of a friend until I found senior housing in Jackson Hole Wyo. This is the only place I could afford as I was able to find employment there. All along I was in touch with Dish TV Customer Service. I can not have Dish or Satellite at my senior housing. CS (customer service) said they were sending a box for the equipment, they had my new address in Jackson Hole Wyo but instead sent the return box to the apartment in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Customer Service also started service back at that address in Idaho even though they KNEW I WAS NOT THERE 9- NINE- months after I lost the apartment. In September my sister was offering to have Dish TV at her home-she has cable now, for the remainder of my contract. CS said great but I would still have to pay for the 9 months of service at an apartment I had not been in that was never supposed to be reconnected. All along I had been talking with Dish CS or Account Managers. I was not and am not trying to get out of paying something but not over a $1000 that Dish has now put in collections. It is not my fault CS sent return boxes to an address they knew I had not been at in months and had my new address. My sister is still willing to take over the contract in Lancaster Ca. Poor signal

I have had dish for less than a month and have signal loss all the time. I called on a Wednesday to tell them I couldn't watch TV and they said it would be Monday before they could send someone out. So I got no TV but they want their money. Lol. This is the worst cable I've ever had. Poor customer service. It's not worth it. Direct is much better.

Being Ripped off by Dish

DISH is a total money pit. We signed up for a two year contract. We were told at the end of contract our discount would expire. Our discount was removed after only 1 year and we still have to honor another year. Not only that, but since our $84 bill was jacked up to $127....,I started noticing the amount we were forced to automatically deduct. For the last 2 months that price has gone up by .99. I called to ask why. The rep says it's because they have added a firewall to THEIR system to protect my information. Worse yet, I was never notified of the additional money they were taking. The real sad part is that the thieves have a right to change fees, amounts, and programming without our consent or knowledge. I just read that on the residential contract myself. And to top that off, according to section12 on that agreement, we are not allowed to sue or bring procedings against DISH as a class action lawsuit. We can only arbitrate or go to small claims court where there is an assigned maximum money value the court will preside over. This is not some communist country where we dont have a right to accept or deny services. The icing on the cake, if I get mad and leave, I'll have to pay an early termination fee! They will suck you dry coming and going. Vampire Bats!

Lack of NBC TV

I think it is about time that Dish took off the message they are displaying on the NBC channel regarding lack of Hearst to negotiate with them on a new price. Please give us something better. How frequently are they meeting with Hearst? Are we anywhere nearer in price? Are they going to give discounts to their VALUABLE customers that are hanging in there with them while they attempt to resolve this problem. I presume that they are not paying Hearst anything while they are in negotiations...therefore, our bill should be significantly lower. I know I can go to my computer and watch NBC but that is not what I pay Dish for. I pay them to supply me a connection. It has been at least a month now and still no word of a resolution in sight. Please help!!!!!!

Poor quality Wally

I have had dish for the second time since June 2016. In the past I had for 20 years and no problem with equipment, just price going up. I went to Direct and had problems so when contract was up, I wentback to Dish. The new Wally is garbage. I have spent numerous hours with technicians and had receiver replaced twice. I now have a problem with the new receiver and I am tired of talking to them. It works for a few days and then the receiver screws up again. I can't keep getting down.on the floor to unplug and replug in the cord when it has to refresh. Screen goes blk and it does not refresh on it's own. It never used to refresh all the time. Their equipment is defective. Never used to be. I want their supervisor and they won't let me talk to him/her. They treat me like a 3 year old and don't listen to the complaint.

Very rude

I called to inquire about services for my home. I live in the country and I don't have any other choices to choose from so as I'm on the phone with customer service the man ask me what I wanted I reply internet and phone only! He then tells me who my phone Carrier was gonna be I asked if there was any other carrier that I could choose from! I explained to him why then he says so you don't want cable I explained again no and as to why I didn't want cable be then proceeds to tell me that my monthly internet bill would be around 71.00 a month that I needed 159.00 today after he quoted me the price I said well lat me chew that over I may just stay with my cell phone! He then proceeds to say if you have a cell phone with Internet why do I want home services I explained why! Then he tells me good luck and hangs up on me!! I called back couldn't get no one to direct to a manager I said how I felt to the lady and hung up! I will NEVER recommend this company to any one!!! Very very rude emoyees and very non helpful!!

Fraudulent Advertisements

My name is Theresa Cross, and I received an email stating I could purchase HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, and Starz for $22.50 per month for 6 months then of course the price would raise. When I made the call to purchase this package I was told I could not purchase this package because the computers were not set up to allow me to purchase this. I have been receiving these advertisements for 3 weeks and just now decided to make this purchase. Why would you send me this when I can't purchase this, that's fraudelent advertisement. Then I spoke to a manager and he said the only thing I can do is file a complaint and maybe it will get fixed that way. This isn't the way to do business. I am not happy with this and I wish I would have never signed up for Dish TV. Fix this and quit sending me your fraudulent advertisements! Next, I suppose I should register this problem with the BBB.

poor service

I have recharged dishtv in time but still it was deactivated and asked for another recharge with additional Rs.25/- as processing charges.Previously I had multi connection and I changed to indivual since one of my tv was not working. I have recharged through paytm where my vc no was correctly displayed. After recharging on getting deactivated where I am having HD connection and which LCD tv was working I had contact with dishtv sfaff but none could help me to resolve the issue.
