This is the 2nd time in the last 8 months I have had to tell my PRIVATE MEDICAL INFORMATION to guards and other staff to get some simple common decency.
1st time when my fiance was sick, dizzy, and pregnant I had to inform the guards of OUR PRIVATE matter of her being pregnant just to allow her to SIMPLY take a 15 second probably less trip from the gate in a trike to the building so she didnt have to walk it. Its not even like she did this more then once it was maybe twice shes asked and yet still the guards dont have the simple common courtesy to let her ride a trike to the front of the building.

2nd time NOW our neighbor below us who complain every 2-3 months for the last 2 years that DROPS of WATER from my AC is falling on to theirs making noise. I have suggested what I did when i first moved in and had the same problem with the AC above my unit, I just put a couple large pieces of Styrofoam on top of my aircon to dampen the sound and eliminated the problem for good (which i did successfully and never had that problem again with out ever bothering my neighbor with a single complaint) I have made this suggestion many of times and to only fall on def ears who just continue to bother and harass me and my pregnant fiance all day 3 times in one day after each time I told them to wait to when I can deal with the problem myself. I had to inform them AGAIN OUR PRIVATE MEDICAL INFORMATION that my fiance has complications with birth who is due anyday now needs the AC and that I wont be allowing them to come in to disturb us for any amount of time and that they would have to wait till i contact them when I can allow them to fix it. In a country when it rains (most of the year) when every single person in each building with a AC has to deal with tons of dripping water on the AC units.
Heaven forbid any young couples planning on staying in this condo please I HIGHLY SUGGEST you look for any other place that has way less stupid rules and regulations (no trikes a lot to drop u off unless its raining or your a lola) and have guards who respect the tenants privacy when told to.
I will be making a FORMAL complaint to riverfront and contacting my lawyers to see if any class action suit can be made over the stress they have caused me, my pregnant fiance over and over again.
