ordered in June still have received no emails, no confirmation numbers, no number to call it was suppose to be here in the US just want my dog ramp

I ordered a dog ramp on June the 12 and it said it was in the US, Kentucky I thought but it was in the states and still haven't received any emails for confirmation or any to email to contact since COVID everything has gone haywire just want my dog ramp
