This store apparently went 5 months without a store manager they finally hire one who has over 20 years experience in retail with a major corporation. They get it cleaned up and it was a lot better. We even started shopping there again. From what I could tell the manager was working on dealing with the associates that really did not need to be in retail because of their customer service. This store is located at a major lake area. Lake ouachita , Brady mountain. Just found out that the store manager quit the store due to some employee issues. BIG MISTAKE. We will go somewhere else to buy our things. That manager truly made a difference in that store. She had two assistant managers that were very good also but heard one had to leave her job due to family and the other is now going elsewhere. If you are expecting anything to go well in that store with what's left as far as associates, you are wrong very wrong. I understand people from other stores are coming in to help and there is one associate from the crew left and that person is very rude always complains about higher management about how worthless they are, she's outside at the door smoking almost every time we have been there then rushes in to check out people. And a couple of times that I have been waited on by her she smells like alcohol, I don't know I could be wrong but that's what it smelt like. My family and I will not be going to that store again I would much rather go elsewhere.
