I was fired yesterday 3/3/17 before our raises hit I've been a store manager for 3 years and can smell a rat a mile away...i understand I took on a store that was high shrink...but what was failed to tell me was that I would have loss prevention in my life every 2 weeks till I can pass an audit. Well yesterday that last day before our raises hit my dm had already had a manager lined up for my store kinda fitting huh..... She has been riding my tail for months and Mico managing my store telling my employees she didn't give a damn what I said...what she said goes.. And this I will take higher... I don't think it's right nor fair that I lost my job because she couldn't keep her mouth shut about my pay.. And told another manager who has been store hoping because she is in the verge of getting caught herself.... Half my team walked out yesterday with me... Because they won't work with sticky fingers.... They were trained to spot it and I hope they will nail her on it... I've been with dollar general 6.5 years and it took a rat to fire me.... Someone who has violated multiple sop violations herself.... Did I get my last write up/ coaching no...... Did she have someone in the office with her when she said ur terminated no.... Both are against company policy when terming a manager..... Like I said I can smell a rat... I told her on conference call Wednesday that I had truck and that all planograms and gsections would be done this weekend she wouldn't hear of it it had to be done Thursday...so when she walks in my store yesterday...its what the hell have you done... Trucks not done.. But it's only my t+3 rite... And I had been there since 6 working totes and doing what I was suppose to do and yet... Here we go with I don't do anything again....like she has clearly told people...which is far from the truth...ive hurt my back of which I took care of and didn't pursue dollar general for but I guess I should have.... Years ago.... When I was just a lsa.. Throwing freight for another manager who didn't appreciate the value of a good employee....her Rd is her friend from their old district....and yet the Rd won't return my calls....so I'm going higher I've tried the chain of command thing and yet it doesn't work when ur Dm and Rd are best friends.... Ik when Kirt left and Jojo said georja was our new Rd shit like this was gonna happen... To make district 282 shine let's get who we want in here and run with it..... Well folks I've said my piece now I'm gonna wait till Monday and call Chris boeiling...if that don't resolve the issue it will go all the way to the top...
