Wanting to purchase a simple phone for my grandson to take on vacation I stopped at one of your stores to purchase the phone and phone card. The clerk got the phone and I asked for a 60 minute phone card. When I got home I charged the phone then called to activate it and add the minutes only to find our that I was given the wrong card. I returned to the store with the phone, the card and receipt. The ladies that were there told me "We do not refund or exchange phone cards, thank you for shopping with us and come back soon." Not happy with the reply but since I needed the card I went to a different store and purchased yet another card. I called again to activate the phone and add the minutes and this time was told the phone could not be activated. I called the first store back where I was again told, "No refunds on phones or cards, thank you and have a nice evening.' So, here I sit with a useless phone and $50+ in phone cards. I kind of understand the no refund policy on the cards but not the phone nor the rudeness from your clerks. Tomorrow I'll have to spend more money on another phone and phone cards but for sure at a different place such as WalMart or Target. Really folks, please train your employees to let a customer know what they need but more so not to be so rude to their customers. I am a senior citizen, an adult that sure doesn't need to be talked to like I was a nobody because your teenagers think it's alright. And no, I am not the first in my age bracket to be talked down to. Thank you

Manager/ terry Wilson kansas store at 30th state ave

I go to the store at 30th and state ave about 5 times a month...and every time I go in there.your manager there is very rude.not only to customers but to employees as well.she's very combative.she curses at the employees...she calls them stupid and dumb bitches...I've asked where a certain item may be.and she will say.go ask the cashier.and then she will say .never mind I'll help you cause the cashier is retarded and can't even find her own ass!!! I find her very appalling...obnoxious.rude.and I think you should terminate her...she's not manager material.especially with her speaking skills!!! I can not believe she is a higher up! Im SURE in not the first to complain...if this is not took care of in a few days...I'll go over everybody's head that I have to.to get her terminated....she does not know how to manage a store and she diffinetly shouldn't be in charge of employees...she has picks out of her employees...it's pretty obvious...anyone that goes there I'm sure they SEE it as well...YOU should either move her to a different store or terminate.and terminate would be the best option.cause she probably will be the at any store...and I'll visit that store as much as possible.and everytime I go in there and SEE her still there...then I know your not doing your job. And MY complaints won't stop until she's termanited

NEW MANAGER AND HELP

I AM A FAN OF DOLLAR GENERAL BUT RUTH HAS SCREWED UP AGAIN. SHE HAS HIRED MANY MANAGERS AND THE LAST ONE WAS THE BEST SINCE THE FIRST MANAGER WAS HERE. CONNIE WOULD SPEAK TO YOU AND ALWAYS HELP YOU AND THE SHELVES WAS FULL. NOW THEY FIRED HER AND HIRED DAWN BELL. SHE HAS NOT PASSED HER TEST, SHE WAS IN THE FRONT OF THE STORE AND NOT ONCE DID I HEAR HER SY HELLO TO ANY CUSTOMER, OFFER TO HELP, OR EVEN BE FRIENDLY. LAST WEEK I WAS IN THERE AND SHE HAS A CART BLOCKING THE FABRIC SOFTENER. I SAID EXCUSE ME TWICE SHE TOOK A HALF STEP FORWARD AND WOULD NOT MOVE. I REACHED TO GET IT, IWENT OVER TO THE VITAMINS. SHE FOLLOWED ME. I HAD TO MOVE AQNOTHER CART TO GET TO THEM AND TIFFANY WAS THERE, SHE TOLD DAWN THAT PEOPLE KEEP MOVING THAT CART AND DAWN SAID I WISH THESE DAMN CUSTOMERS WOULD STOP MOVING THESE CARTS. TIFFANY IS ALSO A RUDE ONE. THERE IS 4 PEOPLE WORKING IN THAT STORE. MICHELLE IS NICE, HELPFUL AND WORKING HARD. JESS WILL SAY PLEASE, HELP YOU AND SAY THANK YOU. TIFFANY NEVER SAYS PLEASE, SAYS THANK YOU IN A RUDE VOICE AND SHE AND DAWN ARE BUDDIES AND VERY RUDE. RUTH THE ONE ABOVE DAWN IS NOT DOING HER JOB. THE BACK ROOM IS FULL, THEY HAD PULLED TERESA AND HER BOSS IN LAST WEEK AND THE WORKED THEIR ASSES OFF TO WORK ALL THAT STOCK AND THEY SPOKE TO EVERYONE. TODAY THAT STORE WAS PACKED. 4 PEOPLE IN LINE JESS WAS CHECKING AND DAWN NEVER WENT TO HELP. DO SOMETHING PLEASE!!! RUTH, DAWN AND TIFFANY HAVE TO GO OR THIS STORE WILL SHUT DOWN. ITS BACK TO NORMAL, EMPTY SHELVES, AND AS USUAL ASSHOLE IN CHARGE, BRING CONNIE CONDO BACK, GET RID OF DISTRICT MANAGER RUTH AND OUR NEW MANAGER DAWN AND TIIFFANY. I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE COMPLAINING AND 2 AREA DOLLAR GENERAL STORES ARE NOT HAPPY WITH CONNIE GETTING FIRED AND BRINGING IN DAWN. PLEASE HELP OR YOU WILL LOSE A LOT OF BUSINESS.

NEW MANAGER AND HELP

Dollar general is having families evicted from alot mxt to the one they just purchased in belton mo, my wife was on a trip to see her new grndchild anf suffered a heart attack . The children and i here dont have the funds to go see her in the hospital and may have to move into a shelter. The owner just gave everyone thirttdays notice, and said the dollar general would not give the money for the land deal unless all tenants were remobed from ajoing lot. Thanks dollar store. Needless to say theree not savimg my family anything with their progress. Any ideas anyon [email protected]
