NUMEROUS times, I've been in line to check out in the Savanna, Illinois Dollar General Store. 2day, there were 5 people in line in front of me, with 4 behind me. They had 1 register open, and I asked if they would open another. A second clerk, who walked behind the counter ignored us as we waited in line. She responded by telling me, No, I don't have another register open. The girl who was working at the active register responded to me by saying, if she wants to open a drawer she can, but if not you'll just have to be patient.........I waited a few more min's, waiting to see if the other clerk would open the register. She did NOT, so I left my items on the counter & left......As a general rule, we average $100.00 a week spent in this store.....I have very very serious doubts that will ever happen again.......What kind of Management would allow this?.........nope, sorry, I'm done.
