I never received the free kit that was offered, but they charged me for the monthly club payment of $19.00. I never wanted this. When trying to cancel, I called and they have a recording stating that they are not set up for phone help that you have to go to www.info@dollaryarn.com I can't get this cancelled so I'm still paying for something I never wanted and can't use. So yes Dollar Yarn Club is a Big Scam!!!!!
