being charge for yarn never rec'd

I am being charged for membership in the Dollar Yarn club that I did NOT authorize.. I paid 4.95 for shipping for free yarn, which I have NOT received and now am being charged monthly $19.00 for sevices I did not sign up for. I am unable to cancel because I cannot sign into the website and have been unable to obtain anyone on the telephone.
