Give .me my $38 back and cancel anything further!

I thought I had canceled any connection with this "club", yet, I have been billed $19 twice and have not ordered or received anything from them.

I thought I canceled with this "club, but discovered my credit card has been billed $19 twice and I made no order nor has anything been shipped to me.

Added to a membership costing $19/month and it took 30 days to receive first kit. Still waiting for second kit and NEVER asked to join any club. Will be calling my bank Monday to dispute this charge and any future charges. have crocheted and knitted for 65 years and kits are not worth the $19 they are charging. I do not know IF they intend to send 2nd kit and they withdrew $19 on 1/11. It took 30 days to receive the first kit & I am not willing to let them use my $ for a month while they decide whether or not they want to send me a kit or not.
