Poor customer service and organization

I recently visited the Dollarama at Tecumseh mall this week and experienced very poor customer service and store organization. First, during my last 5 visits, I have not been able to maneuver down the isles because of the boxes stacked waiting to be unpacked. I understand it's part of the job to bring out, unpack merchandise, and restock the shelves in each isle but it makes me not want to shop there. I am injured and am either in a wheelchair or struggling to walk with my brace and I have had to avoid going down certain isles because I can't get around the boxes. During my last visit, I was pushing my infant daughter in the stroller and I had mine and my husband's coffees in the cup holders on the stroller. I had to try and get around a large amount of boxes and a staff member who was unpacking them. She could clearly see that I was having a hard time and instead of doing something, she just stood there and said "you are spilling your coffee on the floor. I'll clean it up but you need to be careful, someone is going to slip and fall." I'm sorry but that is poor customer service if I've ever seen any. I'm having a hard time walking, using the stroller for support, and trying to get it around boxes that are blocking the isle way. Plus, with the holiday season, there is more people shopping so it is already hard to get down the isles. All of this just makes for a very stressful shopping experience and it deters me from wanting to shop at this store.

bad customer service at Dollarama

I have submitted this complaint for over a month ago, I received an email that say that they take this matter seriously, but however i did not receive any further responses . Meanwhile, I am scared to go to the mentioned below store, for the fear of meeting the same employee and get subjected to the same intimidation.

I am a loyal customer of Dollarama, since Dollarama started, actually my whole family is connected and related to the original founder and owner as cousins.
Saturday October 1 St. I went to the store located in the Smart Mega center 1062 voie de Desserte, Chomedey ouest. I needed to buy a plastic paint tray. Your painting products are located towards the end of the store near the flowers area, I looked and found all what is related to the paint including the small narrow trays accept the big ones that I needed, so I went to the cash and asked the cashier where are they located, he called another employee, which I am not sure if he was the manager or not. He came to the cash area, and when i asked him if they have any plastic trays for paint he said in an arrogant manner that he had hundreds and thousands and indicated that I did not look enough to find them, needless to say that there were lots of customers around and some of them laughed at me because I was not able to find the trays since he has thousands of them, I went with him to see where they were, in the ails and as we were walking, I told him that he did not need to speak like that to intimidate me infront of people and that he could have said the ail number which would have been enough., knowing that i went to that ail many times but was not able to locate the item, so he stood above me, he is tall and iam short, he stood very close and pointed with his index finger towards me which was very close to my face which scared and intimidated me, and he started speaking in a very loud and intimidating voice telling me not to talk to him in that manner. i told him that he is in my private space while pointing at me, and to stop talking in that manner to me, By this time we were near the trays and I saw them at the lower shelf which made it difficult to see. By the time we arrived we were still arguing and that is when he said screaming,( Get out of my store,) and i said( This is not your store and I am not going out, if you don’t like my presence call the police), so he said violently (I am not calling the police) and I said( I am buying what I need and I am going to pay for it,) and then he started running and screaming that if i go to the cash he will tell the cashier not to accept my payment for the item or any other item, by this time I took the tray and tried to leave through the other end of the ail as he was running from the opposite end to go the cash to tell them not to let me buy the item or take any money for it., I was so scared that I quickly threw the tray on the floor and ran out of the store, but before I left i told him that this is not how we treat people here in Canada. Before that i asked him about his name he said Paul, but i doubt that this was his name. let me tell you, going to Dollarama, has been a pleasurable visit all the time, any purchase was a justified one and money i spent there was worth. Now the fear that I have experienced in that particular store never happened to me before, where there are no rules or law to protect the consumer. I left the store with disgust, fear, intimidation and with tears in my eyes. I was shaking, I was intimidated, disrespected. I know Dollarama administration does not probably care to lose me and my family as customers, because of the huge success, but they should remember that they have reached this stage in the business world because of individuals like me and my family members, meaning loyalty, I would request an apology from the mentioned store and i would request that this employee understands that in Canada consumers should be treated with respect, especially elderly people and women. I would never want to expose my mother or any other older lady to this mental violence and intimidation.
I apologize for the long letter, but never the less I wanted you to be aware of all the details.
Thank you
