Bad customer service

I called +442082166314 on 3/7/17 at 18.21hrs Bulgarian time call lasted 57seconds. I received via email a copy of a Waybill which advised me to contact the company after the nessissary names departure port Quote (my colleague is not as his desk goodbye) this is word for word not what I call customer service ref no. 17/se/134
