No customer service number
I was just billed by Doubleday - for 2 - Automatic Shipments - because I'd failed to reply in time. I have no problem with that. The fault there is mine.'
However, I do have a problem when they bill me for both shipments - at the same time!
And both shipments just happen to be double books?
That's $48 taken out of my account at one time - without my prior knowledge or consent
Not only that - I had yet to even see the shipment from February!
I have since switched to paper notices with them - hopefully they will not repeat this again since they can't seem to bill you in the correct time frame.
