The parcel wrong sending

The parcel EP494845628MY. They send wrongly to the person. Juniha from the tracking info. But she is not the receiver.
The receiver had not yet received the parcel.
The parcel lost. 7/5/18.
Call many time to jb poslaju. No one picks the phone. Sent email. No response from pic. Very bad services. Where is my parcel. How do I claim back....pls take action
