My complain about we egypt for internet service
I join specific service that is 5 mbs speed limit to download size with the same speed 100gb in month and then after my limit consumed i return to download with 124 kbs /sec until i renew.
I am surprised now they change me to another service that gives 140gb limit with 20kbs without telling me the details about the new service they provided
I need my right as customer to knew the details before i agree or disagree to service
