Cancel monthly subscription of DRI Adobe Sales Shannon

I have been monthly double charged by DRI* ADOBE SHANNON for 1 year via SCB credit card in Thailand. I understood that the company will notice when 1 year round is completed and ask customer for continuation first before keep charging but I had not got any contact from the company.
I need to cancel this software service and stop charging immediately.
