Money taken using a credit card account with no software or payment authorisation

I find on my credit card bill, a payment that has gone out to DriAvast, Shannon,Co.IRL for computer software. I have not authorised a payment and have no software on my computer, such as anti virus protection. I will be contacting my Bank to find out how this has happened. I also want to contact the company so I can be reimbursed £34.99. Please could you give me a contact, full address and telephone number so I can pursue this complaint. I see I am not the only person who has suffered this and hope that this will be followed up in a formal capacity.
