I had contracted Avast Antivirus for a cheaper service at 2016.

I ´ve checked out my account and found out I paid to your company 69,99 eur under contract number 9612.14-3998546-69, I at any time signed out consciently this agreement with AVAST, also I am surprised when see the contract period is only for one month!!!:
from 22/01/2017 to 21/02/2017 ? what is this???

Suddenly now I am not protected from you anymore?????? what´s that, I feel cheated by Avast..... want my mony back or a tied reason it happened. PLS REPLY TO ME SOONEST AS I AM A BIT DESPARATE!!!!
