I was billed on Jan 30th 2018 on my credit card ending 0532 for a sofware from your company which I never authorize or is installed on my computer.Please refund me us$50.71 which was taken from account and remove all information pertaining to me from your records

A salesperson/agent gets on the line first when you call and they start telling HOW WONDERFUL their tech support agents are and that $179.99/year you can call as many times as you need to and that they will fix your computer and keep it running and protected.
They then talk you into letting them have remote control of your computer. You can't understand a thing that they say because they are in a foreign country, speak very broken English and they keep switching you to someone else because they may be able to deal with the problem more quickly and efficiently. They NEVER fixed one thing on my computer even though I had to contact them more than 4 times. I finally took my computer to a repair person in town and he said they had it so screwed up that it would take him 2 or 3 days to take care of all of the errors and to find the things that they just hid in the background trying to convince that they had taken all of the bad stuff off of my computer.
Then they tried to tell me it was my internet provider.
They are a BIG scam and I want my money back. -- Shirley
