December 16.2016 i was charged 4360yen on my credit card! I didnt order anything and i dont even know this company! Give my money back! I want a refund!

On November 28 2015 my visa credit cared was charged $19.99 Canadian by DRI*AVAST Software Shannon Co. I did not order anything from this company nor did I receive anything. I have never heard of this company and have not had any communication from them to inform me for what it is I have been charged.
