ZAR249 charged without instruction or any benefit to me

This company charged ZAR249 to my credit card on September 3, 2016, without authorization and without providing any chargeable service or providing any software to me, despite indicating an "order number 34055837900 and a bogus pin number
vKC15fzU. I have not been able to open anything with those details and hence remains unaware of what it is I am supposed to have ordered and paid for!
