Duplicate order

Reference # P1D9ZNJ3 Duplicate order, Please refund my credit card. Charged on 6-9-2021 Amount of 124.29. This was auto-paid. I never expected my computer to not have protection, I thought the auto would keep protection going, not so. The computer said NOT PROTECTED.

Note on 6-7-2021 I brought and installed protection. Reference # 23PKXLJ3 My computer is protected now under this package.
I have tried to call, e-mail no response.
