unjustified charge o credit card

On 2 november 2016, we noticed our mastercard a charge in euro amount for 109,90 from DRI Trend Softw . We didn't give our permission to allow this company to debit our account. We want this charge reversed immediately. We have called our credit card company and have put in a complaint and dispute regarding this charge.
