I just checked bank statements and found a charge oh 74.00 to driavast software company which I did not authorize and did not approve it and did not know anything about this. I had avast about 2 years but cancelled it last spring because I moved out into the country and can't get internet where I live now. I still have all paperwork showing when I cancelled it etc. how do I stop them from doing this again and how in the world do I get my money back please someone can u help me?
