I bought a car from them in 2013 a Honda Accord 2004 long story short it's been 2017 I already paid them 17,850 dollars when I called them for the balance they said I still have a balance of 10,000 dollars. I said omg no way this is a rip off. There no way a 1004 is worth that much. I want to sue please help me on that.

I bought a 2008 dodge avenger from drivetime in Miami Lakes, Florida July 2015. In February 2016, the car suddenly stopped working. I tried to use the warranty they give you with the lease. They refused to cover the preexisting problems. Which was a problem with the brain box that was rewired before I purchased the car. They knew about this issue and refused to disclose this fact at the time of purchase. I don't have a case for the lemon law because they don't cover 2008's. I have lost over $5,000 on this car and they refused to accommodate me in anyway.
