No permanent tags

My husband and I purchased a car from Drivetime. Everything went well. We gave our downpayment of $800 and left with the car. After three $490 car payments and our temp tags expired, we called the dealership asking when will we receive our permanent tags? At that time we were told there was something on my husband's record that is holding up the tags. We called the courts and DMV and got them all of the documents requested and still, they insist that they will need to come to pick up the car. We signed all documents before leaving the dealership, surely if there was an issue it should have been before allowing the car to leave with the customer. It is unfair to lose the money paid and the car.

Terrible

I absolutely hate this company dealing with them has caused me deep depression!!!!!! My credit score is highly affected by Drivetime/bridgecrest over one late payment I’ve sent goodwill letters explaining I’m a veteran I don’t work and I was
late on one payment due to repairing the car more than I can pay for it every other month. Thank God for my
Disability increase because I’m currently caught up have been for a 9 months and my payments are set on autopay but my credit score is HIGHLY affected by Drivetime late payment!!!! The cars are trash the people who work for the company is trash I was desperate when I decided to fiancé through them my car was reposssed prior
Due to a government shutdown and I regret not waking or riding the bus my car continue to run even with the key out the ignition I begin to pay for repairs a month after I purchased the car ... I’m so upset typing I know my words are all over the place ...DO NOT FINANCE THROUGH DRIVETIME/BRIDGECREST!
