There is generally poor workmanship by the Dstv agency[Tzaneen Radio Centre] in that I am not the only complainant but there are many out there complaining about the same.

I had two explora's installed at my house after having entered into a price lock contract and was informed to get Dstv accredited installer for installation at no cost but had to pay R450 to a non Dstv accredited installer to come help get the signal strength and quality right.

When I lodged a complaint with the installer, I was faced with kinda racist and/or unprofessional attitude to an extent that I was told that I will be refunded on the money i paid to fix their poor workmanship.
