BILLING IS DISGUSTING
NO ONE SEEMS TO KNOW WHAT THEY DOING. I CHANGED TO PRICE LOCK IN MARCH 2019 AND SINCE THEN I HAVE BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MY ACCOUNT. TODAY WHEN I WENT TO PAY MY ACCOUNT AT PICK AND PAY AND WAS SAID THAT I NEED TO PAY R6038.40. I HAVE BEEN BATTLING WITH DSTV AND AM SICK AND TIRED OF THE SERVICE.
I NEED TO KNOW WHY I HAVE THIS PROBLEM FOR 6 MONTHS AND NO ONE IS ASSISTING. I HAVE TO CALL EVERY MONTH REGARDING THIS ACCOUNT. I HAVE SPOKEN TO CALL CENTER AGENTS WHO ARE TOTALLY USELESS AND THE SAME GOES TO MANAGEMENT WHO SAY THEY WILL CALL YOU AND IT IS NOW 2 MONTHS LATER AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE MANAGEMENT TO CALL ME. PLEASE NOTE THAT I AM NOW ON MY WITS END TO GO TO SOCIAL MEDIA AND POST THE PROBLEMS THAT I AM HAVING AND THEN I WOULD CHANGE TO ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER. I HAVE BEEN A DSTV CUSTOMER FOR ALMOST 18 YEARS AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I AM HAVING SO MUCH ISSUES. I WAS ASKED THIS MORNING IF I AM UNABLE TO PAY THE ACCOUNT, THEY CAN MAKE AN ARRANGEMENT. WHY DON'T YOU PEOPLE CHECK THE ACCOUNT PROPERLY BEFORE ASKING SUCH EMBRASSING QUESTIONS.
