Inactive Explorer (+2 weeks)

As advised by the installing technician of the DSTV Explorer from Blingstallation, I have requested activation of DSTV explorer through the Change of Ownership Department.
Subsequent to this I was advised by Change of Ownership that, for the explorer decoder to function no change of ownership was necessary. There was an alleged technical issue in processing this and it was submitted to Business Desk department who have not responded since the 03 July 2018!
Up to today we have no connection to DSTV, may someone please assist.
