Disconnection before due date

I made my last payment for DSTV multichoice Nigeria on the 25th of February which I expected would last one month and the next due date was expected to be around 25th March 2017.
Amazingly my service was interrupted today been 20th of March and after making unsuccessful repeated calls to my service provider. I was told there was a debit on the account because the last payment made in January was on the 20th and I had enjoyed free view up until 25th of February before making a payment.
Now I travelled out of the country on the 7th of February and returned on the late evening on the 24th of February and made a payment on the 25th the following day.
So I wonder how it was possible that the service was active between 20th - 24th of February when there was nobody at home? Is Multichoice Nigeria that magnanimous to give 4days free view to me when they are notoriously known for service disruption before payment due dates? And do they not know when their decoder is On or Off?
The last straw for me was the rudeness and nonchalant attitude of their customer service attendants. It's bad enough to have a poor technical billing system (if that is what it is or pure calculated business deception ) but having a bad mannered customer service personnel is the height of business inadequacy, inefficiency and total disregard for the business.
I spoke to a Yewande at about 20:15 whose line went off and Catherine up until 20:35 without any headway. She also was going to put me through to a Supervisor before the line knowingly or otherwise went off. Network was bad I guess? A typical case of lightening striking twice in the same spot.
On a final note. Please kindly restore my service and compensate me for the service disruption for today. I look forward to your humble assistance and hope you could also train your staff to stop ending calls on their customers. Without us there would not be DSTV Nigeria
