I purchased a dstv ultra under compact with subscription for R519 for a 24-month price lock on Black Friday 2021, and it was installed on December 02, 2021. I sought an upgrade to compact plus for pricing on January 25, 2022. When I agreed to the quote, the consultant informed me that I would not be R550. To my surprise, my bill says I owe R1024. 00 for February 2022, and when I call the call center for clarification, the consultants send me from pillar to pillar, which frustrates me. And when I ask to be lowered to my original contract, they refuse to help. Consults needs a proper training to deal with customers.
