On 1 December 2017, I consultant from DSTV Multi-Choice contacted me and offered me the DSTV 24 Month price lock option.
I accepted this option and gave the consultant all my details as well as my address details for the delivery of the DSTV Explorer decoder.

Today is the 15th December 2017 and since 1 December 2017, no one from DSTV has contacted me or given me any feedback with regards to the above! I have followed up on numerous occasions, but without resolving the matter.

Can someone please assist? As mentioned above, DSTV contacted me directly to offer me this option, I did not contact them!
How is it possible that no none can provide me with any assistance or feedback? I have contacted DSTV (012-4222222) on several occasions, please, I need assistance urgently.
