Service delivery

Pricelock was approved on 25/11/2020 on the Ultra decoder. Multichoice says it was delivered on 02/12/2020 but was not received by me. This device is on my account already. They failed to send me proof as to who signed for this device and no further feedback has been received after they said the matter has been escalated. I am speechless as to the shocking service i have received so far and very disappointed
