No answer

While I am typing this, my current "holding" for an agent stands at 32m59s. I am calling from my cellphone....this type service is really terrible. Why does Price lock now all of a sudden have a different number as DStv Customer service. This issue could've been resolved 2hours ago if I could've called DStv customer service instead of price lock customer service. Now the time stands at 35:20. It is not possible for me to hold for an agent the whole day. This is daylight robbery. I have a bill to pay after this call. 37m25s. I am definitely hanging up. Poor poor service. So I guess I will no service for the weekend as no agent is available after 40min of holding.
