DSTV-WALKA 7 SIGNAL SWITCH OFF

T0 WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
I HAVE PERSONALLY LODGED A COMPLAINT AS TO HOW DSTV MOBILE CUSTOMERS ARE GOING TO BE RE-IMBURSED BUT IT SEEMS NOT EVEN THE STAFF KNOWS.
I HAVE ENGAGED IN THIS MATTER SINCE AUGUST 2018.

Walka 7 service discontinued

It has come to my attention that the service for the Walka 7 will be discontinued. Please let me know if the customers will be reimburse as we've paid for the device? I would also like to know why no correspondence was made to your walka 7 customers in this regard. DSTV now is definitely not an option as the data usage is extremely high.
