I am having Unauthorised Charges on my Du Account like 100 dhs each month.
It says I've been registered to some site and is charging me each month.
As my concern i am 100% I've never register myself on any website.
I only give my number to some shops like Max Retag Centerpoint etc

Please can you help me.

My mobile number is 0551270958. Every now and then 3 AED are deducted from my balance. When I see the bill, it says "Event Charge". Kindly check the reson to this deduction and unsubscribe my number from any third party subscription, if any.

I am getting charged daily for DU Music store for which i have never subscribed or used. Last month July 11 I sent SMS to 1234 UNSUB MS, i received a confirmation sms saying that i have been successfully unsubscribed from DU Music Store, but when my bill came for the month of July they have charged till 31st. My mobile no + 971555527780.

Please unsubscribe this service i am loosing 1AED per day ...Help
