Illegal employment pass

This guy is operating on this work permit and cheating people. Police reports have been made against him and he arrogantly says that he has paid immigration for permit and that he is untouchable cause he has paid. Details off said person is attached. I want the immigration to check on his status and how is it he is able to operate from Malaysia being a Pakistani national.
