I hope you are well. I like to complain about dstv installer accreditation department. I did an application on the 11th of February 2021 and my reference is 29948868. They said I will receive feedback within 24 hours instead I received an email to rate the service of Bawinile. Yet she did not contact me or sent me an email. So the service she provided to me I didn't like it she was unfairly to me.

Instead I received an email to rate her service her name is Bawinile. I received an unfair treatment. I wish to be part of the dstv family with all my heart.
