Lousy, deceptive claims and services

Received a bill from DuroLast Roofing for an outrageous amount for them to tell us that it was a masonry problem, not a roofing problem... therefore, not covered under the lifetime warranty. Manager is difficult to reason with, the company has lousy, deceptive claims and services as well as hidden charges.
