Rip off

On June 26, I made an order to Duty Free Depot that I paid by virtual check for $239.94. They never sent me confirmation of the order as they usually do and did not send an order number so that I am unable to check of the status of my order as long as I do not have an order number. I have been trying to contact them by mail but they keep answering that I made no order for the month of June. I know that they cashed the check the next day June 27. (I have copy of the cashed check on my bank account). I have asked them to be reimbursed but not answer. By the way the 800 number they indicate on their site (800-865 7043) corresponds to another company!!!!! What can I do?
