There is no question in my mind that the positive comments seen on this web page are false... they are being posted by the parasites that work for the various online cigarette companies who use DutyFree Billing to process their payments. Not only will these people rip you off, but they will also harass you endlessly on the telephone, trying to sell you stuff that you most likely do not want. At one point, they were calling me SIX TIMES PER DAY. I kid you not. And despite my vehement insistence that they cease making sales calls, they ignored me and continued to call me at all hours of the day and night. I was even getting sales calls from these Neanderthals at 3 AM. And this was long after I told them that I would never order from them again.
