After sending 3 E.-Mail to e-Dreams Customer Service within the last month I have only recieved 1 reply stating that they will reply ASAP. What does this mean , as this is timeless!,.
The concern was that 24 hours prior to my wife and I flying there were no seats booked against my Booking Ref.and what was originally when booked in January costing a total of £170 (money went out of our account but unbeknown to us was returned 2 days later with no notification of this happening) at the last minute eDreams wanted to charge us over £500 ..after a stress filled day we were able to book easy jet flights...but the total cost because last minute was over £415 we also had booked an airport hotel to tie in with early edreams departure home bound flights..this we had to cancel and out of pocket to the tune of £100.
We had prior to our due departure date.,booked and paid further two hotels and car hire...so you can understand that we Were compelled to travel on the chosen dates although cost far more than we could justify.
I asked them for a UK contact number to discuss my complaint as any previous contact number was answered by their agents in New Delhi and Barcelona. They both could not commit or understand my complaint.! They said it was a technical problem and I must contact the UK office.
We have printed confirmation of booking as sent to us by edreams .

Please can you help me with a UK contact tel. No. Or can you offer me any assistance?
