one word for this company cowboys booked a flight and made a mistake with the first name of the passenger when i got in touch with them they said no refund straight away i have never heard anything so stupid it took me 5 hours to get throught to these people i work in the airline industry and will never book anything with these cowboys again.

FLIGHTS FIASCO

Flights Fiasco (Continued)
Finally, e-Dreams have replied to me with their reply to my complaint.
Totally Unacceptable. A 30GDP. e-Dreams Voucher with 6 months expiry!!
How low is that!!! This would not even cover my phone calls to them!!
I have replied stating that I request cash/cheque in GDP covering extra flights and Hotel.
Also, that my complaint be passed to the CEO ot their company for comment.

Lost Flights & extra expense

Repeat of complaint on Flights Fiasco.
After sending 3 E-Mails to e-Dreams Customer Service within the last month I have only received1 reply stating that they will replyASAP. What does this mean!! ASAP is timeless??
The complaint was that 24 hours prior to my wife and I flying there were no seats booked against my Booking Ref. The original booking was in January 23rd 2015, and cost a total of £171(money that was taken out of my account but unbeknown to us was returned 2 days later with no notification that this had happened). At the last minute on 25th. September e-Dreams wanted to charge us over £500 for replacement flights. After a STRESS filled day we were able to book Easyjet flights to Madrid for the following day BUT at £415 . We had also booked an Airport Hotel to suit the previous flights but this had to be cancelled at a cost
Of £100.
As car hire and further hotels had been booked so our trip was tied to these dates so we needed immediate alternatives.
Contact with e-Dreams was via New Delhi and then Barcelona without success other than told it was a "Technical Fault". I asked foe a UK telephone contact but was not given any!!!
Please can you help 2 Pensioners over 70 as we are stressed and frustrated by the way we are being treated by e-Dreams.
We have printed confirmation of our confirmed bookings as sent to us by them .
Would you help us with a UK contact tel. No. Or would you offer me any assistance on what to do?..
