Booked a Round trip flight with Edreams 12/17 12:06PM from MCO to MBJ only to find out only the departing flight was not confirmed. Called & called (929) 270 4024 to cancel only to be put on hole hung up on and to have agents tell me to wait another 6 hours. Basically they sold me a one way offering a round trip.

On 12/8 7:30 placed on hold for 45 minutes by Victor only to be told wait another 6 hours and he has made ticketing department aware I want a refund and to cancel transaction. I requested ticketing contact information only to be told these were internal contacts and would not provide requested information.

They charged my account $100.00 over the posted price stating this was there fee but this was not disclosed until appeared on my bank statement!

Tried to call 12/20 11:50AM only to find my phone is blocked and they are requiring a pin number? Since nothing has happen in 6 hours. Called from another # 3 times and was hung up on 3 times. Finally got through put on hold for 18 minutes, hungup on then called again and put on hold for 52:21 minutes see exhibit “C”.

Please note exhibit “B” EDream although they would not offer us the return tickets we paid for and ordered they are offering the same flight for sale, NOTE DATE 12/19 @ 1:29AM!

When answered it always sounded like the same person. I ask their names since and ask them to spell it out Blnt, Sucree, Hector & Victor. The last call man said his name was Victor but when ask to spell he started H.E.C. then spelt Victor scam!
