e dreams customer service is shocking. They charged me a service charge when the flights weren't even booked as the system crashed now I'm struggling to get my refund , which they would not of done without me noticing the charge !! They keep you holding on the phone forever to talk to someone then cut you off & the agents have no service skills whatsoever. Will never use them again for anything in the future. Very disappointed !!!
