Incorrect instalments

Goodday

I need urgent help with my DSTV account.

I was on the pricelock for R899 for two years which expired end of Feb then I upgraded to a pricelock of R919 for the next two years.

On the 16 of April they said my account was in arrears for the amount of R2028 + R14 (box Office) + R20 for the reconnection due to the fact that they disconnected my account. Right I paid R2300 to get it fixed, and thought everything was up to date.

On the 25 of April they disconnected again my dstv telling me that I was an amount due. After a phone call I spoke to a Ludwe and he said that my money is in the general plan and not the payment plan and that he will sort is out. End of april I should have paid only R919. Again the tried to deducted R1900 from my account., The 7 of May they disconnected it again, again I phoned and spoke to a Esther and she said they will ask the credit department to phone me so we can sort it out. Nothing happened.

On the 14 of May the disconnect it again, so again I called and spoke to Nomidise explained myself again and they would have called me back so that they could sort it out.

On the 25 of May the deducted R2928 from my account for my dstv.

I WANT THIS SORTED OUT BY NOON. I WANT SOMEBODY TO CONTACT ME AND TELL ME WHAT IS GOINIG ON WITH THIS ACCOUNT.

I want my money back in my bank account today . Otherwise I will take this further. Somebody( and I know its not you) is not doing their job right and now I must suffer and paying R919 to R2928 is a HUUUUUUGE difference and I need that money back.
