i ordered fifa 12 pc from flipkart and received the product on 14-06-2014 ,order i.d (40612089767). on installing the game,i was asked to enter the product code present in manual along with the dvds received from flipkart. on entering, i couldnot play the game because i was informed that the product code has already been used before. hence i feel extremely cheated and bogged down upon the whole issue. please act and i want my money refunded immediately or else i would have no options but to file legal complaint against flipkart in consumer forum.

want an immediate response and a positive one since i am the one suffering.
