Faulty products
I received a replacement LCDs screen, but it would not work. I had to contact Amazon to get return authorization because East Coast LCDs would not reply to my e-mail. I sent the screen back, and traced it through USPS. After it was received I waited 4 days for East Coast LCDs to contact me and sent them an e-mail and their response was "please provide a tracking number" This was of course after they already received it. I complained to Amazon and Amazon contacted them and provided the tracking number again. I still did not hear from East Coast LCDs but about two weeks later a replacement screen arrived, but this one had blotches on it...now I have to return it also and pay for the shipping out of my pocket. They have terrible products and poor customer service, I'm really sorry I ordered from them...oh and by the way...they do not answer their phones...
